Place the original tags on the garments and secure them in their original packaging to ensure they arrive back to us safely.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will notify you as soon as your refund is processed.
